Only natural ingredients go into our authentic Nyonya pastes and sauces.

OUR PRODUCTS

The story of REMPAHS began with Nyonya-inspired pastes and sauces born from the beliefs that food should be honest, clean and taste delicious. REMPAHS offers a fabulous blend of heritage, provenance and tradition in the widest range of Nyonya-inspired pastes and sauces.

What makes Nyonya food fascinating is that it exemplifies the tenets of exotic food. It’s a highly distinctive blend of regional Chinese and Malay cuisine, using Chinese cooking technique and indigenous ingredients such as galangal, tamarind, turmeric, coconut milk and lemongrass.

The time-consuming preparation involving grinding of fresh and dried ingredients are made easy with REMPAHS. Our authentic and traditional pastes and sauces are intensely rich and gutsy and accented with tangy, pungent and sour flavors. REMPAHS make Nyonya cooking easy and fun for young urbanites.
